It features a built-in side-firing 8″ powered woofer to augment the bass and has a rear-firing 3.5″ midrange driver to complement the front-firing 1″ tweeter, two 3.5″ midrange drivers, and aforementioned woofer. Use of both front- and rear-firing drivers helps to create a broader, more balanced soundstage than with a front-firing driver array alone.

The BP9020 accepts 50 to 200W from your amplifier via its binding post inputs, while the powered woofer connects via an RCA LFE port. A dedicated height speaker is available, offering a viable solution for those looking to eventually upgrade to an object-based audio configuration.
