The Sonos Amp 250W Stereo Power Amplifier with Pair of 8″ In-Ceiling Speaker Set includes a pair of 8″ in-ceiling speakers from Sonance and the Sonos Amp. This kit is designed to give owners of existing Sonos equipment the ability to power in-ceiling audio in their homes, and wirelessly connect it to the larger Sonos ecosystem. Each of the 8″ speakers has a separate woofer and tweeter for deep and balanced sound. The Amp powers each passive speaker with 125W using Class-D amplifiers, and connects them to the larger system over Ethernet or Wi-Fi. Once integrated, they can be controlled easily via the Sonos app. The Amp also provides additional inputs for direct connections to a TV and other audio sources.

Discretely fill your space with music by installing this pair of Sonos 8″ In-Ceiling Speakers by Sonance. The magnetic, bezel-less grilles are paintable, so each 8″ speaker can fade away into your home’s decor. When fully installed, the integrated tweeter and woofer combine to produce crisp highs and deep lows. To further enhance the bass output, a high-excursion motor is used to get response down to 35 Hz. With the high frequencies, an optimized waveguide allows for a larger listening area with consistent coverage and a more natural sound.

Connect your favorite passive speakers to your Sonos ecosystem with the Sonos Amp 250W Stereo Power Amplifier. It connects to a pair of stereo speakers and a subwoofer, delivering up to 125W per channel thanks to its Class-D amplifiers. It connects to your home network via Ethernet or 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi, to an audio source via RCA, and to your compatible display via HDMI ARC. The Amp can be controlled via the Sonos app, which is required for setup.

Versatile Support
With its 125W per channel output, the Amp can provide sound to your outdoor, bookshelf, floorstanding, or architectural speakers. An auto-detecting subwoofer output is also onboard.
Local and Streaming Audio
The Amp works with over 100 streaming services, so you can enjoy whichever ones you prefer. It also has an HDMI ARC input to connect your compatible display, plus a stereo RCA line-in for connecting your turntable or other audio source. Over 100 streaming services are supported, as well as AirPlay 2, so you can listen to the music, audiobooks, podcasts, radio stations, videos, and more from your favorite apps.

The Amp can integrate with select third-party devices for both source audio and control.
